Different yoga poses are explained to the public so that they can lead towards healthy life. 21st June is considered as the longest day of the year. 22nd June onwards small Navratri is celebrated and this festival continues for 9 days. 23rd June is celebrated as Jagannath Rath Yatra and lord Jagannath is worshipped on this day
